S.D.S., Inc. has developed screening packages to help management companies reduce their risk of eviction, property damage, low occupancy rates and negligent screening law suits. To reduce your risk, it is recommended to screen tenants for:

Credit reports
Eviction records

Previous landlord interviews
Criminal records

Please include the following documents with your tenant application:

1. A copy of the contract between the property owner/management company or real estate company
2. A copy of an unsigned contract and list of agents that will be using services.

A utility bill a copy of County Tax Assessors Bill (or) a copy of the Escrow/closing statement for the rental property.
